guru mindset horse shit…

You know all that shit gurus preach about “attracting abundance”?

Things like:

  • Practice gratitude

  • Use affirmations

  • Focus on the present

  • Have a positive attitude towards money

  • Surround yourself with positivity

  • And buy my fucking course - Guru

Fuck gurus. And fuck all that dumb shit. Saying you are great in front of a mirror isn’t going to do shit except make you feel like an insecure idiot.

This is real talk. Bug out if I already pissed you off. It gets worse (or better if you like money).

The “universe” doesn’t do shit for you. It is constant.

It’s not how the world sees you.

It is how you see the world.

Wanna know the No Bullshit mindset for making millions of dollars?

The most valuable thing you can have is a problem.

What?

Yes, your problems are extremely valuable. You may be struggling with one right now.

It could be an employee. It could be marketing. It could be a service that is not profitable. It could be your pricing.

Problems are opportunities.

If you hate money, stop reading right now.

I’ll give you one example. And I have many.

My sales team started to get complacent because my marketing produced TOO many good leads. Imagine solving the marketing problem and having leads blowing up your phones with credit cards in hand. Then watching your salesman miss calls, get off right at 5pm, and refuse to work Saturdays. I was so frustrated. Why was I working till 7pm every night picking up calls? Why was I working 12 hours on Saturdays? I am paying salesman base plus commission equalling $100k each to do this work for me. I had satisfied their demand for money. They had enough.

I was so mad I said fuck it. I am going to eventually replace every one of those sons of bitches.

I posted an ad and hired my first offshore salesperson and spent a month of my time training him.

While I was training him, I created an outline of all the steps to make a sales training system.

I built phone scripts. I made videos on how to sell, service offerings, phone system operation, CRM operation, and live sales calls. I created service area maps. I had a GIS map code system coded and built.

Every time he would slack me a question, I would make another video so I never had to walk them through the process again.  A month later I hired my third offshore sales rep(with no prior selling experience) and he began closing leads in 2 days after going through the training. I had built an automated sales trainer.

Solving this one problem will make us $70,000 per sales rep (my American sales reps make $100,000, my offshore rep makes $30,000).

These 3 reps will make save/make me $210,000 this year. And imagine what the savings will be when we grow next year and have 5 additional sales reps. The net margin expansion will be over half a million dollars.

Are you starting to see how valuable problems are? This one problem will generate over $500,000 in net profit next year. On top of the normal profit margins.

When you start seeing problems as opportunities it will reverse Jedi-jade you. You will start seeing opportunities everywhere because you can turn your worst problems into opportunities.

It does feel like things are “happening for you.” But that is where the guru is fucking wrong. If you don’t understand why things are “happening for you,” you haven’t learned a goddamn thing. You think you are lucky. And you don’t have any understanding where this “luck” is coming from so you cannot reproduce it.

You don’t understand the valuable thinking mechanism that turns problems into money.

Problems usually block our perspective. The opportunity is usually much larger than the problem. But we cannot see the opportunity because the perspective of the problem is blocking our view.

It is like being blindfolded with a piece of duct tape wrapped around your face covering your eyes. You know what the problem is. There is a piece of fucking duct tape glued to your eyelids. It will be painful to remove the tape and fix the problem. It may rip a few eyelashes out and you may lose your eyebrows for a few months(you will look pretty fucking weird without eyebrows).

But you are stuck. Stuck with the same view. The same outcome. But if you are like me, at some point the pain of not fixing the problem overcomes the pain of the actual problem. Then you rip it off like a bandaid, and the world is exposed. You gain clarity. You see the opportunity the problem is masking.

The non guru, no bullshit trick is…

Realizing that the problem is the opportunity.

99% of people will not put the work in to solve the problem. You become aware that the worst scenarios are the best opportunities.

Nothing has changed except your perception. The more you do it, the more it reinforces your mindset.

Your opportunity is sitting right in front of you disguised as a problem.

This is how people make millions and billions.

They turn their problems into solutions.

They produce value.

And value is worth a lot of money.

PS What problem do you have that can be turned into an opportunity?
